La Perla is a full service building that offers valet parking, beach service (chairs, umbrellas, and towels), pool, and ocean front workout gym. The City of Sunny Isles Fishing Pier and Restaurant is located directly adjacent to La Perla. You can order food to the beach or unwind after a long day in the sun.
La Perla is centrally located in the heart of Sunny Isles Beach and is walking distance to many local shops and restaurants. A quick 5-7 minute commute to the Aventura Mall or Bal Harbor shops. South Beach is a 25 minute drive straight down Collins Avenue and Fort Lauderdale/Las Olas is the same drive time to the north.
