Property Description

Modern 3 bedroom ocean front condo located in the heart of Sunny Isles Beach. A spacious layout with a split floor plan and 1623 sq/ft. Ocean views from almost every room in this apartment!

The unit has a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs and features granite countertops. All pots, pans, utensils, cookware, & glasses are available for your stay. There is marble flooring throughout all living areas and bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a king bed with a private balcony and ocean views. The master bathroom features a large walk in shower and also a tub. Bathroom is on-suite to the bedroom.

The 2nd bedroom also has a king bed with a private balcony and ocean views. The second bathroom is on-suite to the bedroom and features a tub/shower combo.

The 3rd bedroom/den has two twin beds. There is no window but there is a door for privacy. A half bathroom is located directly adjacent to the den.

Rental rates include Wi-Fi internet in the apartment, cable (4 TVS), electricity, and water.

Linens and towels are provided. However, we do not provide soap, shampoo, or laundry/dishwasher detergent.

The building only permits a maximum of 5 total guests to register during your stay. Infants and children both count as a guest regardless of their age.

Parking is valet only for this unit. I can help you locate a self parking space at an additional cost. Inquiry for more details on self parking spaces. Some units I manage do have them included in the rate.

La Perla is a full service building with valet parking, fitness center, heated pool, club room, and management on site. The building offers beach service which includes beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels.

La Perla is located in a great location within Sunny Isles. Everything is within walking distance. Local restaurants and stores are all conveniently located in the surrounding area. The city of Sunny Isles Fishing Pier and Restaurant is located directly adjacent to La Perla on the beach and connects to the building’s pool deck. Order food to the beach or grab a nice drink to cool off.

Both airports are about the same drive time from La Perla so flying into either Fort Lauderdale or Miami International works well. South beach is only 11 miles south (25 mins) of Sunny Isles down collins avenue and Fort Lauderdale beach is is the same time traveling north. The Hard Rock casino is only a 20 min drive as well.

Once you become passionate it turns into a lifestyle and then there’s no looking back. Real estate is my passion and it started 10 years ago when I received my first real estate license in Miami. Two years later I obtained my broker’s license and opened my own real estate brokerage, The SIR Group. My dreams and vision began in the Midwest where I was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana. A competitive environment and mindset was established very early on and the will to win at anything and everything was always important. I was recruited by The University of Alabama Crimson Tide to run track and field. Upon graduating high school I traveled south to begin my college career. ROLL TIDE ROLL! During my four-year tenure at The University of Alabama I competed in the pole vault. I’m honored to have become a four-year letterman and two-time conference scorer at the SEC Championships for the Alabama Crimson Tide. Truly experiences I will cherish for a lifetime. In 2008, I graduated from the University of Alabama’s school of business with a degree in finance with a focus on real estate and a minor in economics. Traveling throughout college created a desire to always want to live in a big city with a fast paced lifestyle and tons of opportunities. Add in a tropical environment with pristine beaches and amazing nightlife and Miami became the next destination! I packed up my Jeep with whatever belongings fit, borrowed a few bucks from family and friends, and headed to Miami. No job, just a will to survive and a refusal to give up! Miami brought me my love for real estate and also helped me meet the love of life, Jaqueline. We have a two amazing little boys, a 2 year old and 7 year old who’s now in 2nd grade. We are dog lovers and have a bichon frise and a miniature schnauzer. We love to travel the world and experience other cultures.
